Turning complex problems and ambitious ideas into actionable solutions.

STRATEGY · OPERATIONS · PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

With a multidisciplinary background spanning business operations, brand strategy, marketing and digital projects, I connect big-picture thinking with the practical execution needed to move things forward.

I bring structure to complexity, turn ideas into clear strategies, and help projects move from concept to reality.

WHAT I BRING TO THE TABLE

Where strategy meets structure and creative thinking.

I thrive at the intersection of analytical thinking, strategic creativity and hands-on execution. Whether I'm solving an operational challenge, developing a brand strategy or coordinating a complex project, my approach remains the same: understand the problem, find the right solution, and make it happen.

Operations & Problem-Solving

I look beyond the obvious to understand how things work, where they get stuck, and what could work better. From untangling complex situations to improving processes and structuring systems, I turn scattered information into clarity and practical solutions.

A FEW THINGS I'VE BUILT

A glimpse of my work

My work spans operations, strategy and project development. From building businesses to shaping brands and bringing ideas to life, each project reflects a different way I turn complexity into something tangible.

MY APPROACH

Big-picture thinking, grounded in practical action.

I bring both perspectives to the table: the ability to step back and see the bigger picture, and the willingness to get into the details that make things work. I don't believe in adding complexity just to make things look more sophisticated.

I believe in understanding what a situation actually needs, finding a solution that makes sense, and creating the structure to put it into practice, through 3 complementary ways of thinking.

  1. I analyze

First, understand what's really going on.

I step back, gather information, look for patterns, and question assumptions. I want to understand the underlying problem before jumping into solutions.

That means identifying bottlenecks, clarifying priorities, understanding constraints, and figuring out where the real opportunity lies.

The goal: Clarity on what needs to change and why.

  2. I strategize

Then, figure out the best way forward.

Once the problem is clear, I connect the dots between objectives, constraints, and possibilities. I explore different approaches, develop ideas, and define a direction that makes sense for the bigger picture.

Whether it's a brand challenge, a new initiative, or an operational problem, strategy is about making deliberate choices and knowing what to do next.

The goal: A clear direction and a practical plan.

  3. I make things happen

Finally, turn the plan into progress.

Ideas need structure to become reality. I break things down into actionable steps, organize the moving parts, coordinate the work, and keep track of what needs to happen next.

I care about the details, but never lose sight of the bigger objective. The point isn't simply to have a plan. It's to make sure the work moves forward.

The goal: Tangible progress, with a clear path from intention to execution.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

A multidisciplinary brain. A hands-on approach.

I've never been particularly good at fitting into just one box. My work has taken me across business operations, project development, brand strategy and entrepreneurship, but what interests me most has always been the same: figuring out how things work, why they don't and how to make them better.

I'm naturally analytical and curious. I like connecting dots, finding patterns others might miss, and turning complicated problems into something clearer and more manageable. Whether I'm building a strategy, improving a process or bringing a project to life, I enjoy moving between the big picture and the details that make it work.

I'm not interested in ideas that look good on paper but go nowhere. I want to understand the challenge, find an approach that makes sense, and turn it into something tangible.

The one common thread in everything I do: making things clearer, smarter and easier to move forward.
